Responsibilities

  • List events and timelines for each as subcommittees

    • Easter Eggstravaganza (Saturday of Easter Long Weekend)

      • Planning Timeline - January-March/April

      • Sub-Committee Members:

    • Mother’s Day Hanging Basket Fundraiser (May)

      • Planning Timeline - February-May

      • Sub-Committee Members:

    • Burkeville Daze (Last Sunday of June typically)

      • Planning Timeline - January-June

      • Sub-Committee Members:

    • Halloween Fireworks (October 31st)

      • Planning Timeline - June/July-October

      • Sub-Committee Members:

    • Breakfast with Santa (Second Saturday/Sunday of December depending on committee availability)

    • Christmas Eve Fire Truck Ride

  • Reporting

    • Keep written records of the meetings and activities of the Committee

    • The Chairperson will report on Committee activities and the status of the action plans to the Board of Directors.
